Design fees typically run £750–£2,500 depending on garden size and complexity (free for projects we go on to build). A small remodel is £4,000–£8,000, a full medium-garden remodel £12,000–£25,000, larger projects £30,000+.
Design phase is 2–4 weeks (consultation → concept → final plan). Build phase varies: small remodel 1–2 weeks, medium remodel 4–6 weeks, full garden 8–12 weeks. We always work to a clear written timeline.
For hard landscaping yes — pressure-washing, re-jointing, sealing, repairs. For soft landscaping we partner with a local gardener for ongoing planting maintenance after the year-one establishment phase.
60–90 minutes on site: we walk the garden, listen to how you want to use it, take measurements, discuss budget and timeline, and give you an honest sense of what's realistic. You'll have a written proposal within 5 working days.
Yes — we're happy to keep mature planting, existing walls or structures and design around them. About half our projects are partial remodels rather than full clearances.
